The first store for a rotary-phone wedding guestbook, wired into Salesforce
After The Tone rents and sells vintage rotary-phone audio guestbooks for weddings: guests pick up the phone and leave a voicemail. We built the first version of the store in 2024, connected to Salesforce. The store has since moved to Shopify, which was not our work.

The challenge
Every order and booking had to reach the team's CRM and the warehouse without anyone copying data between systems by hand.
What we did
A Next.js storefront for the phone catalogue, bundles and add-ons. Orders sync to Salesforce automatically, leads and event bookings land in Salesforce CRM, and fulfilment and shipping steps run from the order without manual hand-offs.
Stack: Next.js, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce order sync, Fulfilment and shipping automation
