Every lab, scan and visit note in one AI-readable timeline
A HIPAA-compliant personal health record for patients and families. Upload PDFs or photograph paper records, and AI sorts everything by category and date onto one timeline. We built the web app, the backend and the AI pipeline.
The challenge
Turn years of messy records, from a dozen portals and a shoebox of paper, into structured data a person can actually read.
What we did
A document pipeline that runs OCR on every upload, then uses an LLM to parse and classify it into labs, prescriptions, imaging, notes, vitals and immunisations, placed on a chronological timeline. A Next.js web app on top, and a Node.js API with PostgreSQL behind it, with records encrypted at rest.
