A HIPAA-compliant personal health record for patients and families. Upload PDFs, connect portals or photograph paper records; AI sorts everything by category and date and explains results in plain language. Web, iOS and Android.
The challenge
Ingest years of messy records from a dozen portals and shoeboxes, and put an AI assistant on top that answers only from the user's own data.
What we did
A document pipeline that OCRs and classifies uploads into labs, prescriptions, imaging, notes, vitals and immunisations, stored encrypted on a chronological timeline. A retrieval-backed assistant that cites the user's records. Visit recording with transcription, medication reminders, symptom tracking and family profiles. Next.js web app and native store apps on a shared API.
