A basketball coach's training program in an app
KC Elite puts a basketball coach's drills and programs in players' pockets: a video library, workout plans and progress tracking. We designed and built the iOS and Android apps and the backend.
The challenge
Players train alone between sessions. The coach needed to hand out drills, see who did them and keep players on a plan.
What we did
Flutter apps with a video library sorted by skill, daily workout tasks, completion ratings and progress charts, plus subscription plans. A Node.js backend and admin let the coach upload videos and build plans.
Stack: Flutter, Node.js, Video library, In-app subscriptions
