Rebuilding a salon and barber booking platform
Smox connects customers with salons and barbers: book a cut, pick a service and buy products. We rebuilt and modernised the platform: the Smox Trimsetters customer app, the Smox Pro provider app and the admin panel.
The challenge
Two existing apps had grown apart and were hard to change. Customers, stylists and the business needed booking, payments and orders to work the same way across all three.
What we did
Both apps rebuilt in Flutter for iOS and Android. Customers browse services, book slots and order products with tracking. Providers manage their queue, approve bookings, add services and run a subscription. A Node.js admin panel ties together users, services, orders and payments.
